As I explored Richard Casino, I was curious about how to access their exclusive VIP events. I’d heard whispers about these gatherings—special games, higher limits, and unique rewards. So, I decided to put my curiosity to the test.
First, I started by checking my account status. You need a minimum deposit of **$500 NZD** to qualify for VIP access. I made a deposit of exactly that amount. The process was smooth, taking less than 10 minutes to process. I can confirm it was worth it—this threshold seems to be the gateway to a more immersive gaming experience.
Next, I wondered how often these VIP events occur. To my delight, they host them **monthly**. This means there are regular opportunities for members to participate. Each month features different themes, which I found intriguing. For instance, this month, they had a ‘High Roller Night’ that caught my eye.
Now, let’s talk about the games. During my testing, I found that the exclusive VIP games had limits ranging from **$100 to $5,000 NZD**. This flexibility allows both cautious players and high rollers to find a suitable level. I played a couple of rounds of blackjack, and the limits certainly made the experience more thrilling.
Another attractive aspect was the **Return to Player (RTP)** percentages. The VIP games generally offered an RTP of **96.3%**, which is above average for many online casinos. This detail caught my attention, as higher RTPs typically mean better chances for players to win.
In addition to the main games, I also noticed some enticing side bets available exclusively for VIPs. These side bets can add an extra layer of excitement—though I’ll admit, I stuck mostly to the main games. I’m quite the purist when it comes to table games.
What stood out to me was the streaming quality during these VIP events. The dealers were professional and engaged, providing a live experience that felt almost like being in a physical casino. The studio quality was impressive—clear visuals, smooth streaming, and no noticeable lag. I spent about **two hours** playing, and I can say the experience was enjoyable without interruptions.
Withdrawal times are always a concern. After my play session, I requested a withdrawal. Based on my testing, withdrawals cleared in about **31 hours**. This is fairly reasonable in the online gaming world, especially for VIP members.
It’s also essential to note the regulations surrounding online gambling in New Zealand. As of now, no operators, including Richard Casino, are licensed under the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA). The new Online Casino Gambling Act 2026 will change this landscape, but for now, treat these platforms as offshore sites. This means while the gaming experience can be exciting, players should approach with caution and ensure responsible gambling practices.
Here’s a quick bullet list summarising what I found particularly important about VIP access:
- Minimum deposit of **$500 NZD** for VIP access
- Monthly exclusive events with varying themes
- Game limits ranging from **$100 to $5,000 NZD**
- High RTP of **96.3%**, enhancing winning potential
- Quick withdrawal times, averaging **31 hours**
I would encourage any Kiwi keen on table games to consider the VIP route at Richard Casino, especially if you enjoy the thrill of higher stakes and professional dealers. Just keep in mind the offshore licensing status and always gamble responsibly.
